Erling Olstad – Managing Director
Profile
My goal is always to identify and deliver the production equipment that is exactly right for achieving what the customer needs and aims for. To succeed, I strive to be a problem-solver — someone who sees opportunities and contributes to innovation.
I firmly believe in collaboration and personal follow-up, and most solutions are found in close dialogue with my customers. Where it makes the most sense, I facilitate direct dialogue between the customer and supplier so that solutions are developed together.
Experience
After completing my studies at the Department of Process and Energy Technology at NTNU, I built solid and extensive process expertise from both the oil service and food industries. With experience from hundreds of different production lines and as a supplier to several of the country’s leading food producers, I can assist with efficiency improvements and optimisation on various levels.
My expertise is often used to identify opportunities, clarify specifications, and evaluate different alternatives against criteria such as quality, efficiency, HSE, sustainability, costs, scalability and energy requirements. In addition, I handle the delivery of equipment and the coordination of installation and training.
